Dommy's PreSchool Christmas program

As most of you know, Dominic began preschool this year for the first time, starting in September. Although he was a few days underage, they let him in and he's really benefited from being with all the kids. He only goes for 3 hours, 4 days a week, but it's been amazing to see the stuff that comes out of his backpack each night when we get home.

The preschool worked hard to put on a little Christmas program this year, singing "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and "Frosty the Snowman" in the parish hall. We worked on it lots at home, and Dominic picked up all the lyrics in less than a week! Here is a photo of his "stocking" and Christmas wishlist (Batman pj's, Turtle pjs, Santa stickers), Dommy acting surprised, the program with all the kids names around it, Dommy with his buddies Danica and Ashlynn, and a video clip of the singing. The video's a bit like the Zapruder film, but you get the picture ;). At the end of the program each kid got up and told everyone what they wanted for Christmas. Dommy said "Batman pajamas and a Batman cape." We put in a good word with Santa....

Dom is a ham, just like his mom. Very cute.
